San Diego Int’l CRDC Facility
Since 2011, AFCO has owned a central receiving and distribution center (CRDC) at the San Diego International Airport, CA. The facility includes raised platforms and loading docks, delivery areas, security screening area, dry/cold freezer storage, offices and associated infrastructure.
The 23,000 square foot facility was developed for the Authority to serve as a modern, efficient and environmentally friendly, logistics, storage and distribution center for goods, supplies and products for all of the terminal concession operations at the airport.
LEED Gold Certification

The CRDC is a key component in the Authority’s concession program at the airport. It was built on approximately 1.5 acres on the north side of the airport.
