Lehigh Valley Int’l Airport, PA (ABE)

AFCO’s Master Development Agreement with the Lehigh Valley Airport Authority covers 171.5 acres on two tracts of land situated on the southwest and northeast portions of the airfield. This presents a multi-phased development opportunity for aeronautical activity support buildings ranging from 40,000 sf to 250,000 sf.

With 3 million people living within a 1-hour drive of ABE and 25 million people living within a 2-hour drive of Allentown, the airport is a hub for logistics and cargo for the tri-state and Northeast Corridor. In 2020 alone, 105,000 tons of cargo were processed through ABE.
