Suzanne L. Smith
Vice President - Accounting & Administration
Ms. Smith joined AFCO in 1996 and is responsible for developing budgets for AFCO-affiliated partnerships; analyzing financial reports and proposals; liaising with lenders; assisting with commercial and bond financing; and preparing financial projection reports. She is the Accounts Payable Manager and her duties also include treasury management of daily operations of AFCO and its affiliates, preparing reports to fulfill lender requirements, and completing state-required compliance forms. Additional responsibilities include managing branding and graphic standards, and special event planning.
Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York and a Masters of Business Administration from the American University in Washington, DC.
