Steve R. Forrer

Mr. Forrer joined AFCO in 2011 and is responsible for new investment and business development initiatives. He has 35+ years of diversified real estate and finance experience with the most recent 15+ years focused on transportation oriented infrastructure. He has led and managed large transactions and platform level investments that have included private, public, and hybrid capitalization and ownership structures.
Mr. Forrer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech and Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on a ULI Public Private Partnership Council. He is qualified as an expert witness on a wide range of real estate investment matters and has met SEC licensing requirements pertaining to real estate securities.
