Oswin (Ozzie) E. Moore

Since joining Avports in 1995, Oswin E. Moore has broadened our company’s core competencies and has overseen our ascendency to the top of the market. Mr. Moore is responsible for the strategic direction and ongoing viability of Avports. Moore is also responsible for ensuring that Avports continues to live up to its “Best-in-Class” brand, continually exceeding the expectations of its stakeholders. He has a strong executive background, having held many top-management positions in the International Airport and International Airline Industries.
Mr. Moore also has close to 40 years of experience in Aviation and Tourism and is a past President of the Latin America/Caribbean Region of the Airports Council International. As a former Airline Operations Manager, and later as General Manager and CEO of the Airports Authority of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago for eleven transformative years, he has been a pioneer in the creation and operation of successful public private partnerships in the air transportation sector. Mr. Moore led the teams that conceptualized and then initiated the implementation of a half-billion dollar estate-wide airport master plan for Trinidad & Tobago’s POS Airport.
Mr. Moore holds Masters Degrees in Transportation Engineering and in Business Administration – the latter from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
