Jennifer Brody
Director – Leasing
Ms. Brody joined AFCO in 2021 and is tasked with ensuring the company’s portfolio of facilities retain high occupancy and align with airport traffic and demand. She is responsible for amplifying awareness and opportunities for end-users, negotiating the leases of AFCO’s airport facilities, and synthesizing market insights and data for key stakeholders.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Brody spent a decade as a commercial real estate broker at Cushman & Wakefield and Cresa, where she spearheaded the strategic planning, search, negotiation, and execution of complex lease and purchase transactions for multinational corporations, nonprofits, associations, and law firms. She began her career as a market analyst at CBRE where she generated in-depth econometric data and market insights for the company’s clients.
Ms. Brody holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. She currently lives in Washington, DC.
