AFCO operates Cargo Buildings 1, 2 and 3 and Cargo Building A on Business Route 60, Pittsburgh International Airport, PA. After AFCO managed Cargo Buildings 1, 2 and 3 for four years under contract to Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, in August 1999 an AFCO subsidiary acquired a leasehold on the 184,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in Cargo Buildings 1, 2 and 3 along with their associated aircraft aprons of 411,000 square feet. The new 50,000 square-foot Cargo Building A was completed in September 2003 and is ready for occupancy. Construction of a second 50,000 square-foot building is also planned. The leasehold acquisition and planned renovations of $1,500,000 were financed with $9,700,000 in special transportation facility revenue bonds. The new development was financed with $7,400,00 in special transportation facility revenue bonds and equity.The Airport is located 16 miles from downtown Pittsburgh and is easily accessible via State Route 60 and Business Route 60.

FIXED BASED OPERATION
In 2001 AFCO developed a fixed-base operation (FBO) at the Business Aviation Center at Pittsburgh International Airport. AFCO was selected to develop the fixed-base facility at the former terminal site at the Airport.
