Luton Infrastructure Project

AFCO currently owns 45% of a joint venture infrastructure project at Luton Airport, London, United Kingdom.

GHG-AFCO, LLC, a joint venture formed between AFCO, Grosvenor House Group plc Aviation Division (GHG) and Harrow & Co. completed the development of an apron, taxiway and parking area, in August 2003. The project was finalized in October 2002 with the execution of a 25-year ground lease between the Luton-Borough Council, owner of the Airport, and GHG-AFCO.
