Los Angeles Int'l Airport, CA (LAX)

AFCO is an owner of three cargo buildings in the Imperial Cargo Complex on the south airfield at 5701, 5791 and 5795 W. Imperial Highway, Los Angeles International Airport, CA. The North Building, South Building and Hangar One in the Imperial Cargo Complex total 115,000 square feet with 150,000 square feet of aircraft apron. Hangar 1, the original hangar of Los Angeles International Airport, is a Registered National Historic Landmark. The $12,500,000 project was acquired in 1995 by an AFCO investor partnership and financed by a commercial mortgage loan through a major national commercial bank. It has since been refinanced with a commercial conduit loan.

The Airport can be reached via Century Freeway and Imperial Highway.
