Dayton Int’l Airport, OH (DAY)

AFCO is an owner of three main air cargo buildings and two smaller facilities at 3671-3679 Cargo Road, 3599 and 3605 Concorde Drive, and 10210-10212 and 10300-10390 Freight Road, Dayton International Airport, OH. An AFCO investor LLC completed the purchase of cargo facilities on two sites totaling over 125,000 square feet in April 1999. The buildings include a 35,000 square-foot Federal Express sorting and distribution facility, two cargo handling buildings and two office buildings used by forwarders. The warehouse space will be expanded by 10,000 square feet on each building. The purchase was financed with $7,000,000 in special transportation facility revenue bonds.The Airport is located in the City of Vandalia, Ohio, approximately eight miles north of the City of Dayton. Primary highway access is provided via the Airport Access Road between I-70 and the airport property with an intersection at US Route 40 (National Road).Cargo Building Specifications
