AFCO’s Steve Forrer Speaks at the International Air Cargo Handling Logistics Digital Conference

AFCO’s Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer Steve Forrer spoke as part of a panel on “Airport Challenges” at the 13th International Air Cargo Handling Logistics (ACHL) Digital Conference held in October 2021. In the session, Steve, along with Stephanie Wear of Philadelphia International Airport, Mammen Tharakan of Edmonton International Airport, and independent consultant and industry veteran Stewart Angus, address the ways airports have responded to the challenges posed by the pandemic. The panel focuses on the ground component in air logistics, including changes in cargo demand patterns, operational needs, and consumer expectations.
