AFCO is proud to announce our partnership with Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)
AFCO is proud to announce our partnership with Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) on the redevelopment of Building C2, a key part of the airport’s cargo infrastructure and strategy. AFCO will work with PHL to drive immediate growth in cargo capacity by transitioning the entirety of the previously-multi use building to dedicated cargo operations. Our team will upgrade the building, adding modern amenities and tools; we also will maintain and improve the facility as PHL expands its cargo capacity.
“AFCO is a national leader in on-airport facility development and management,” said PHL CEO Chellie Cameron. “Their expertise on this key facility will generate immediate demand as we build our long-term vision of becoming the premier cargo airport on the East Coast.”
AFCO President + CEO Charles (Chuck) Stipancic, Jr. has been working with and watching PHL’s growth since the 1990s, “so working hand in hand again with the City as they enter this new chapter and move PHL forward into the future is a personal thrill. Our team is ready to work collaboratively with the City and all PHL stakeholders to generate economic growth at the airport and the region while being part of this exciting transition for PHL Cargo.”
