As President and Chief Executive Officer of AvPORTS, Mr. Moore is responsible for the day to day administration and management of the Company’s business across its many airport locations. Some of these locations include: Teterboro Airport, Westchester County Airport, Atlantic City International Airport, Republic Airport, Albany International Airport; and other prominent airports. He directs all activities within the Company being responsible for its strategic direction, profitability, external/internal image and reputation, new business and relationship development, and the negotiation of major contracts with Federal, State and local governments, and others.

Mr. Moore has a strong executive background in the development, operation, and management of airports and aviation facilities, having worked extensively in both the airport and airline industries prior to being recruited by Johnson Controls/AvPORTS, in 1995. From 1984 until his appointment with AvPORTS, Mr. Moore was the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Airports Authority of Trinidad and Tobago. During his tenure at AATT, he was responsible for comprehensive airport redevelopment on a public/private basis – among the first in the world. This internationally noted Project encompassed the conceptualization, development, and phased implementation of a $500M airport Master Plan. Additionally, he served for many years in a management capacity with Trinidad and Tobago’s BWIA International Airways and was President of the Latin America/Caribbean Region of a forerunner to the ACI.
